Silvano’s Ltd uses procedures and technologies to maintain the security of all Personal Data from the point of collection to the point of destruction. Personal Data will only be transferred to a Data Processor if such third party agrees to comply with those procedures and policies, or if such third party has or puts in place adequate security measures.

 

Only authorised users are able to access the Data if they need it for authorised purposes. Personal Data is stored in controlled access cloud based files, and is only accessible by the Operations Director and authorised designates.

 

All electronic records will be deleted when they are no longer required in accordance with guidance on relevant retention periods and hard copy documents shredded prior to disposal.

 

All of our staff are trained in their data protection obligations and their knowledge updated as necessary. Breaches of our policy by staff will be treated as a disciplinary matter, which could lead to dismissal.

 

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
